Customer Comment on Natural Sleep Inducement:

This CD is simply amazing! Every track is designed to get you to drift off to sleep by stimulating different types of brainwaves at each track/stage. Read the inlay for full instructions. The ocean wave noises and gulls mix with soft and subtle pulse-like music to allow sleep to creep in. Sometimes I wake up feeling like I've had a great sleep. Not always. Of course it varies, but it does get you to sleep with relative ease. Although make sure you're relaxed before-hand. It's not as effective if you're strung-out and try to go to sleep. Overall, it sounds nice and it is designed well by experts. I ususally leave the CD on repeat as it continues to help throughout the night. Worth a purchase! Duncan Scott, Jan. 28, 2009

Rejuvenate Naturally
Design: Bartel, Liner notes: Bartel, Composed and performed by Ron Allen. Released 2006

Sleep Deeply
Designed by Lee Bartel, Liner notes by Lee Bartel, Composed and performed by Daniel May. Released 2006

Natural Meditation
Design: Bartel, Liner notes Bartel, Composed and performed by Ron Allen. Released June 2000.
Album Concept: Based on known brainwave dominance during meditation, this album features specific meditations, e.g., on water, on breath, etc with an entrainment design that takes each meditation from alpha to theta and back to alpha through binaural and monaural techniques.

Natural Massage Therapy
Music designed by Bartel, Liner notes: Bartel, Composed and performed by Ron Allen. Released 1999 Nominated “Best Instrumental Album" for a Juno Award in 2001
Album Concept: Designed to induce sensory motor cortex relaxation through polyrhythmic structure and strong theta (4-7 hz) entrainment using full spectrum detuning and mono strategies

Natural Concentration
Design: Bartel, Liner notes: Bartel, Composed and performed by David Bradstreet. Released 1999.
Album Concept: Dichotic listening design with left ear entrainment at 12-15 hz and right ear entrainment at 15-18 hz with nature sounds selected for inherent hz frequencies. Intent is “peak performance" brainwave levels as used by neurofeedback.

Natural Sleep Inducement
Design: Bartel, Liner notes Bartel, Composed and performed by David Bradstreet. Released 1998. Nominated for a Juno Award in 2000.
Album Concept: Sleep inducing delta brainwave entrainment through low frequency sinewave binaural detunement signal embedded in “Ganzfeld" manner in oceanwaves with a baroreceptor feedback loop dynamic cycle.

Natural Stress Relief
Designed: Bartel, Liner notes: Bartel, Composed and performed by David Bradstreet. Released 1998.
Album Concept: Low frequency alpha entrainment through binaural beats, barorecptor feedback loop reinforcement, heart rate entrainment tempo control, logarithmic arc melodic design, all focused on reduction of stress symptoms.
Natural Relaxation
Design: Bartel, Liner notes: Bartel, Composed and performed by Ron Allen. Released 2000 Nominated for a Juno Award in 2001.
Album Concept: Based on the environments along a walk routed from “Old Baldy" near Kimberley Ontario along the Beaver River to Christie Beach on Georgian Bay, this album concept began with a rich sensuous description of that walk beginning at midday and ending at sunset. This description was given to Dan Gibson who selected nature sounds actually recorded along that walk. The description and the nature sounds were given to the composer who created the “program" music for this album. High alpha (10 hz) entrainment through detuning and mono effects. Nominated “Best Instrumental Album" for a Juno Award in 2001
